Admin Account Assistant

**Immediate Hire | Full-Time | 5 Days a Week**
We are a growing fashion and lifestyle company based in Kuala Lumpur, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Assistant to support our accounting, administration, and daily operations. This is a hands-on role in a small but dynamic team, with opportunities to learn beyond standard office work.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining accounting records, invoices, and payment tracking
- Support in preparing basic monthly reports and bank reconciliations
- Handle petty cash records and payment follow-ups
- Manage filing, documentation, and general office organisation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock checks
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Support online sales order processing, reporting, and fulfilment
- Assist in event preparation and other ad-hoc operational tasks
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM; Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to learn and take on varied tasks
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and work on-site
**Benefits**
