**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and online marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects.
- 2. Conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis to evaluate market trend, competition ventures to develop efficient strategies
- 3. Prepare weekly and monthly report for market updates, leads analysis report, and etc.
- 4. Responsible to draft artwork design and copywriting before release or commercial the advertisement.
- 5. Assist to plan, prepare and execute all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing and social media materials.
- 6. Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and etc.
- 7. Well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and transform internet to become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
- 8. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media, Example: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other media platforms.
- 9. Launch optimized online adverts to increase sales and brand awareness.
- 10. Actively involved in SEO efforts (search engine optimization) such as keyword and image.
- 11. Prepare online promotional visual and distribution through various channels.
- 12. Maintain partnership with media agencies and vendors such as E-Wallet, Telco and Bank.
- 13. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- 14. Liaison with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses and reports required by authorities.
- 15. Ensure the growth of the company sales by developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing clients.
- 16. Provide solution and solving problems for clients.
- 17. Responsible for end-to-end follow up for clients.
- 18. Responsible for taking ownership of customer inquiries and problem.
- 19. Meet and exceed annual Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) goals.
- 20. Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication medium, including personal visits.
- 21. Expand market / territory knowledge through direct telephone solicitation, lead development and other local marketing activities.
- 22. Proactive, continued development and servicing of existing customers, inclusive of vertical market(s) potential.
- 23. Attains or exceed 100% of assigned targets.
- 24. Maintain regular daily, weekly and monthly reporting and any additional reporting as required by management.
