**Job Summary**:
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure the company obtains high-quality materials and services at the best value. This role also ensures timely delivery of goods and compliance with company purchasing policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and processing.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support operational needs.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of goods and materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated supplier database.
- Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders for payment processing.
- Assist in cost analysis, budget preparation, and purchasing reports.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Handle import/export documentation (if applicable) and coordinate with logistics for shipment arrangements.
- Support continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and cost control.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (F&B or retail industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems/software.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
