**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sourcing activities by accurately understanding product requirements from requestors, identifying potential vendors, performing price comparisons, negotiating prices, obtaining quotations, and ensuring product quality.
- Raise purchase requisitions and place orders upon approval. Monitor timely delivery with accurate quantity and quality, and update payments to vendors upon satisfactory completion of services or product delivery.
- Regularly benchmark vendors against agreed service levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in preparing departmental reports as required.
- Drive continuous development and improvement of procurement processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to assigned products or services.
- Maintain appropriate records to document procurement processes, decisions, and contractual agreements accurately for accountability and audit purposes.
- Provide administrative support for all procurement activities, processes and Standard Operating Procedures while ensuring compliance with procurement and ISO policies.
- Perform other duties related to the position as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage
- Resourceful with strong sourcing, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that able to interact effectively across all levels
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Good reporting and organizational skills.
