**Key Responsibilities**:

**2. HR Operations & Compliance**
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including hiring, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
**3. Employee Relations & Office Administration**
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Manage leave, attendance, claims, and holiday records.
- Support daily office administration and staff welfare matters.
**4. HR Projects & Improvements**
- Identify and implement HR process improvements.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
**5. IT & Systems**
- Maintain HR records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and reporting.
- Support digital transformation of HR processes.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Able to travel to Hong Kong, or Singapore for handling staff matters for overseas offices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-minded, organized, and able to handle tedious tasks independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; tech-savvy is a must.
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and stability.
