**Tasks Description**:
Champion and support your team’s success and the goals of the company
Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement
To plan and drive the Agents to meet Company’s business targets and productivity
To provide support to team in terms of products and services and company’s policies
To drive sales and recruitment for Agency Team
To manage Sales activities to ensure they are on track to meet their sales targets.
To recruit and develop team members to achieve team’s productivity and sales targets.
To drive and motivate agents in order to create a high performing Sales Team.
To join field with agents for roadshow, customers appointment and recruitment activities.
**Requirements**:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline
At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Agency Business Development/ Marketing in insurance industry
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with team and management
A good team player
Must possess own transport
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
