The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction and building materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role ensures that all procurement activities align with the company’s quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements, while building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

- Source and evaluate suppliers of construction and building materials.
- Request, review, and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers including price, delivery, and payment terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier agreements, and inventory.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Collaborate with the project and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
- Ensure the timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department, and ensure that all purchasing records are properly documented and stored.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a procurement environment. Experience in the construction industry is must for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin or local dialects would be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.
- Possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
