**About the Team**:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on recruitment related operational matters including job posting, background checks, interview coordination, etc.
- Assist in the completion and submission of recruitment-related forms, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and compliant to company’s guideline.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all recruitment forms and related paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
