**Responsibilities**:
**Daily Warehouse Operations**
- Oversee and manage daily tasks of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise order packing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare daily packing lists and assign tasks to warehouse team accordingly.

**Inventory & Stock Control**
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all props and items in the warehouse are in good condition and accounted for.
- Update stock movement records accurately and promptly.

**Quality & Condition Maintenance**
- Monitor the condition of stored props and supplies; report and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Implement proper handling and storage practices to prevent damage or loss.

**Coordination & Improvement**
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and event teams to fulfill order requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement in warehouse processes and support implementation of best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or with limited experiences are welcomed to apply
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure packing accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
