**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure products in the warehouse are in the correctly storage location following categories with the help of warehouse staff.
- Make sure products in the warehouse are in good condition and occasionally be at the Kota Kemuning warehouse to conduct checks
- Monitor and analyze expiration dates of all products in the warehouse
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock transactions at all times whenever there are stock movements
- Ensure Goods Receiving, Stock Transfers, Stock Returns, Stocks Expiration be done timely and within stipulated turnaround time.
- Check monthly outlet stock audit reports and cross-check with warehouse inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate and participate in stock-take activities to reconcile physical inventory with records with the inventory system
- Conduct regular inventory cycle-count at warehouse..
- Support the Procurement dept to help monitor and analyze stock movement and holding
- Support the Procurement dept to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Excel functions is preferable
- Must be willing to be based in Tropicana Gardens Office Tower or Klang warehouse

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
