- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and prioritize orders.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and administrative tasks.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
