**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Performance Accelerator (PA)**to ensure operational excellence within our Advisory & Consulting division. This role involves proactively managing team deliverables, supporting leadership commitments, coordinating client follow-ups, and preparing for key events and workshops.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and track team tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support leadership by tracking commitments, sending reminders, and maintaining logs.
- Schedule and manage appointments to optimize leadership calendars.
- Define and monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and highlight gaps.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for events and workshops.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in administration, executive assistance, project/event management, or client/account management.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy with experience in task management and reporting tools.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
