About the Role

We're looking for a
driven Business Development Representative
with a strong hunter mindset to accelerate EasyStore's growth. You'll be at the frontline of our expansion, identifying potential merchants, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term customers.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate new leads through
    outbound channels
    — calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a
    healthy sales pipeline
    , ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities in
    untapped retail and ecommerce markets
    and approach potential merchants with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct persuasive
    product demos and consultations
    with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    .
  • Collaborate with the
    marketing teams
    to refine sales campaigns and messaging.
  • Track daily activities, opportunities, and performance through our
    CRM system
    .
  • Stay updated on
    retail, SaaS, and eCommerce trends
    to effectively position EasyStore's unified commerce solution.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or lead generation
    , ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, POS, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to
    hit or exceed sales targets
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate in English
    ; proficiency in
    Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
    is a strong bonus.
  • A true
