The key focus is to execute training plans, to be in compliance on food safety requirements, to implement and train employees on food safety & quality system to meet international standards. 1. Assisting in crafting training needs assessments and providing training solutions to engage, align and inspire employees to support organization strategy, goals and initiatives. 2. Preparing and executing the Yearly Training Plan based on the training needs analysis, previous training lists and trainings list from HSE, QA and production. 3. Monitoring training effectiveness activities and advising or proposing recommendations to senior management. 4. Managing training enrolment/registration including waitlist, cancellation and training status updates. 5. Maintaining training attendance and discuss cancellation or no-shows with Managers. 6. Administering training effectiveness survey results to gauge if the training objectives are achieved. 7. Processing HRD Corp (HRDC) grant and claim reimbursements on a timely manner. 8. Managing Learning Management System (LMS) queries. 9. Ensuring the preparation of internal logistics, e.g., training room, training materials, refreshments, etc. and supporting trainers for any preparation requirements. 10. Ensuring the maintenance of training documentation and file attendance, training certificates, invoices, quotation and vendor details. 11. Resolving issues with learning vendors to ensure smooth learning deployment. 12. Conduct internal annual refresher training or awareness for all employees. 13. Handling all internal & external audits related to training documentation and implementation. 14. May undertakes other responsibilities when assigned from time to time. Job Descriptions: 1. Degree in any related field (Human Resources Management/Development/Business Admin) 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development. 3. Training needs analysis methodologies, e-learning platforms, and practices e.g., LMS 4. Compliance, auditing approaches, evaluation methods and skills e.g., BRC, Code of Conduct. 5. Managing training function 6. Documentation and data control 7. Operational excellence 8. Data analysis and interpretation 9. Microsoft Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel) 10. Willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
