**Talent Acquisition (TA)**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer management.

**Employer Branding**:

- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Plan and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding events.
- Manage the company’s job portal and HR-related social media content.
- Collaborate with employee engagement teams to align internal and external branding efforts.
- Create engaging content that reflects company culture, employee experience, and career opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation for employer branding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics-related industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools for branding and recruitment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
