HR Admin Executive

**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar in payroll administration & recruitment.
- Must be familiar with the whole spectrum of human resources management.
- Knowledge in Malaysian labour law and other relevant legislations.
- Good spoken and written of Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Good attention to details and organizing skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process full set monthly payroll for staff in ensuring accuracy and compliance to the management requirement.
- Maintain good filling system and Human Resource Records for easy retrieval purposes.
- Prepare all related HR Letters (e.g. offer letter, confirmation letter, show cause letter, Warning letter and termination letter.)
- Handles all matters relating to employee discipline including conducting internal investigation/ domestic inquiry and provides appropriate counselling.
- Attends and handles grievances on issues related to employees.
- Assist to organize company events or activities.
- Prepare daily, monthly and yearly report.
- Additional task assigned by superior and the management.
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
