**Full job description**
**Responsibilities**
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies and bills.
- Organize and maintain daily documents.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordination of any corporate HR initiatives.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organization skill with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, independent and teamwork.
- Responsible and willing to follow instructions.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
