**Job Summary**

To take charge and manage the branch’s operation and responsible for the branch’s sales and finance performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in ensuring the outlet monthly vehicle sales target are met and cost control is monitored.
- To conduct a daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting with Sales Team.
- To coordinate with Group Property and Principal’s Network department in order to ensure the showrooms renovation and construction compliance with the Principal’s showroom guideline.
- Responsible in developing and motivating all staff personnel by displaying outstanding leadership values.
- Managing, developing and retaining a highly motivated and high-performance sales team.
- Liaise with Sales Planning, Marketing and related department on branch’s sales & marketing activities (Indoor and Outdoor).
- Ensure the compliance with company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
- Any ad-hoc tasks or duties that assigned by the management.

**Qualification**
- Possess a recognized Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree of business or any related fields.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing functions. Experience in Automotive industry will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales function.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in branch manager position.
- Good interpersonal, presentation skills, analytical and result-oriented person.
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin (in need to liaise with China customer)

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
