**Responsibilities**:

- Meet loan asset and profitability target provided by the Management.
- Responsible for the overall team performance which includes loan asset growth, account profitability and new customers secured.
- Source for new Corporate Banking customers, and propose to customers comprehensive financial solutions that fall within the Bank's risk appetite and credit parameters.
- Hold key relationship point with the customers’ shareholders and top management teams.
- Oversee the team’s customer relationship management and service delivery quality.
- Oversee the management of the team’s accounts in respect of:

- Loan asset growth and account profitability
- Loan asset attrition (both scheduled and unscheduled)
- reservation of asset quality
- restructure troubled / non-performing accounts if required
- Present credit proposals to MCC.
- Oversee the identification and management of potential non-performing loan assets
- Responsible for the overall management of the team in respect of customer management, service quality, turnaround time, work efficiency, meeting of loan asset and profitability targets, etc.
- Maintain good working relationship with other internal business partners
- Carry out any other CSF-related duties as directed by the Management.

Requirement
- Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking industry with proven business/relationship
- Understand local oprating landscape and products
