Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients through various communication channels.

3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.

4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our telco products and services to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
