Secretary/ Administrative Executive

Independent and resourceful in the day-to-day secretarial and administrative work as well as providing support to the Head of Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain effectiveness records and administer all incoming and outgoing documents
- Re-organize and maintain the filing system
- Coordinate and communicate with Departmental Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries/ staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management with good typing skills
- Minimum 2 years’ related working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Possess a mature personality and able to work independently
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
