Secretary & Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, meetings and appointments
- Prepare and draft letters, emails, minutes, and other official documents
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and relevant agencies
- Oversee general administrative functions and office coordination
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems (digital & physical)
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks as required
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Responsible, professional, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in secretarial or administrative roles will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
