We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretary / Executive / Clerk. The role involves providing secretarial, administrative, and accounts support in the firm's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

a.     Provide secretarial, office administration, and accounting support in daily operations.

b.     Manage and maintain office documents (business correspondence, agreements, court papers, and records), including printing, binding, filing, e-filing, and service of documents in a timely manner.

c.     Handle diary management and organise meetings and appointments.

d.     Liaise with building management, landlord, vendors, and suppliers on office administration matters.

e.     Assist with travel arrangements and claims for pupils, lawyers, and partners (flights, accommodation, and transport).

f.      Undertake any other administrative or secretarial tasks as required.

Starting salary: RM2,200 per month (with salary review upon confirmation, based on performance).

Qualifications and Requirements

a.     Minimum SPM / STPM / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent in any field.

b.     Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

c.     Good command of at least two languages, both written and spoken.

d.     Positive attitude - resourceful, diligent, responsible, willing to learn, polite, and humble.

e.     Meticulous and able to work independently with supervision.
