Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal departments, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and task follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support management on special projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and discretion.
