**Job Overview**: "Seeking a dedicated assistant who pays attention to the little things, takes responsibility seriously, and has a strong desire to learn" **Key Responsibilities**: - Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records. - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies. - Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare necessary journal entries. - Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents and receipts. - Assist in the preparation of budget reports and forecasts. - Enter financial data into accounting software SQL. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting. - Assist with the processing of payroll and other administrative functions. - Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations. - Support the accounting team with internal and external audits. - Assist in the preparation of tax documentation as required. - Provide administrative support to senior accountants and finance staff. - Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions. - Assist during company’s event to ensure smoothen event process especially for finance record keeping. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the accounting team.
