**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the Stock Report System by entering new inbound shipments, updating client details, and recording customer information.
- Compile and sort data for computer entry into the Stock Report System.
- Accept deliveries and store items accordingly.
- Monitor and operate the system for inbound inventory and track available stock balance.
- Inspect inbound and outbound orders for damage, defective parts, and missing items, logging these updates in the system.
- Track and log all product inventory, ensuring updates are made in the WMS system.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as maintaining inventory records through hand-held devices or PCs.
- Manage inbound and outbound documents, ensuring proper filing.
- Update daily tasks in the company’s communication platform after supervisor approval.
- Provide updates on issues and escalate them to the system support team.
- Update client monthly reports and issue invoices for ad-hoc services when required.
- Perform daily data entry for B2B and B2C orders, managing inbound and outbound operations.
- Prepare and manage documentation for shipments and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
