HR & Admin Executive

Maintain HR record, updating master database of each employee.
- Maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Checking attendance, overtime and medical claim expenses.
- Update employee medical claim & leave management.
- Monitor office motor vehicle for road tax renewal and inspection.
- Monitor office safety equipment for license renewal.
- Monitor office supply level, reorder when appropriate.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- Qualification
- Diploma and above
- 3-5 years experience in related fields
- 5.5 day work week.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
