Tanggungjawab:

- Rekodkan transaksi harian (sales, purchases, expenses) dengan tepat dalam sistem akaun.
- Sediakan dan kemas kini invoice, receipt, payment voucher dan dokumen kewangan lain.
- Bantu proses accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Buat semakan dan reconciliation akaun bank setiap bulan.
- Susun & simpan dokumen kewangan ikut sistem filing syarikat.
- Bantu sediakan laporan berkala seperti balance sheet, P&L (bergantung arahan).
- Pastikan semua dokumen lengkap sebelum audit / submission.
- Urus tugasan pentadbiran asas bila perlu.

- Seorang yang amanah, bertanggungjawab dan komited dalam kerja
- Boleh bekerja bawah tekanan dan ikut tarikh akhir.
- Berdisiplin & bertanggungjawab.
- Boleh buat data entry laju dan tepat
- Mampu bekerja lebih masa, termasuk Ahad & Public Holiday apabila diperlukan
- Menepati masa dan boleh bekerja secara teratur mengikut jadual syarikat
- Layak menerima cuti tahunan, cuti sakit & cuti umum mengikut polisi
- Caruman KWSP & PERKESO disediakan
- Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam kerja-kerja akaun amat dialu-alukan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
