Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Optimisation & Advocacy
At SiteMinder, we open every accommodation business to a new world of opportunity. Our platform helps every accommodation business owner sell, market, manage and grow their business. This role leads a team to ensure already successful customers access more of SiteMinder’s value through great campaigns and advocacy programs. In this role, you’ll deliver lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics to increase customer LTV and outcomes, in partnership with cross-functional colleagues.

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understand the commercial dynamics of the customer experience, particularly in optimisation and advocacy stages
- Create and deliver lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value by growing the SiteMinder product engagement in our customer base - holding a financial and upgrade target
- Drive incremental revenue through upgrade and optimisation programs, particularly harnessing local market moments to drive uptake
- Collaborate with teams to architect always-on programs across your segment of the customer lifecycle, improving the ratio of automated to manual campaigns
Increase social proof of SiteMinder’s value for customers through review, award and fan strategies - enabling us to grow through word of mouth
- Oversee an expansion of our customer advocacy and referral programs, from increasing our case study and testimonial libraries to customer participation in videos and webinars, reviews strategies and community plays
- Build and lead a high performing team who excel at execution and driving outsized results
- History of delivering results in campaign marketing, in a SaaS tech vendor, with a global reach
- Outstanding written and creative skills to bring flair to our day-to-day execution and presentations
- Be a rockstar collaborator, both across different flavours of marketing and different business units, to unify execution and speak to the customer with one SiteMinder voice
- Ability to prioritise communications by customer experience and commercial requirements, finding the right moments to deliver key messages
- A passion for enabling others to succeed, either through formal people leadership or influencing in matrix organisations
- Hold a strong eye for data and a passion for experimentation enabling us to analyse, interpret and iterate on our communications
- Experience working in a multinational organisation, across multiple timezones with multiple non-English markets is an advantage.How to apply
