Job Description:

- Monitor and manage the organization's roster planning process to ensure optimal allocation of resources and staffing levels for all assignments.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand staffing needs and preferences, ensuring efficient deployment of workers.
- Serve as a point of reference for workers, providing guidance, support, and leadership in their day-to-day tasks and assignments.
- Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by monitoring performance metrics and addressing any operational issues or challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline workflow processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with RBA standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on implementing RBA principles and best practices, facilitating compliance with client requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance with RBA standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities.
- Assist with special initiatives or operational projects to support organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in managing industrial security teams.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a large headcount within a security context.
- Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) methodologies and implementation within industrial security settings.

Language Skills:

- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Computer Proficiency:

- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot security issues efficiently and effectively.

Management Skills:

- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of security professionals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and make decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in driving team performance and achieving security objectives.

Additional Qualifications (Optional):

- Relevant certifications in industrial security management or related fields.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards applicable to industrial security.
- Experience in implementing security measures for critical infrastructure or industrial facilities.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
