Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring a smooth operational flow of work
- Assisting the management in development of plans for future growth of the company
- Problem solving of discrepancies arising from branches, customers and within HQ
- To continuously seek, identify and develop existing business
- Monitor and analyze performances of drivers’ and storekeepers’ performance at an acceptable level as established by the company.
- Verification of operational procedures, review and recommend to management solution on weaknesses so identified.
- Manage the customer services and relationship through regular feedbacks and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper procedures to minimise pilferages, losses and or damages.
- Ensure all required documentation being done in accordance with company existing system and procedures.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
COVID-19 considerations:

- Mandatory swab test conducted in the office
- Daily disinfecting conducted in warehouse and office before start of the day
- Customers limited up to warehouse area only and not in the office

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
