- As a Lazada Campaign Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and effectiveness of Lazada campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Campaign Planning, Onsite & Design to evaluate and validate the accuracy, functionality, and user experience of various Lazada campaigns.**Responsibilities**:

- Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- 2. Functional Testing: Conduct functional testing of campaign pages to ensure that all links, buttons, forms, and interactive elements are working correctly. Verify the accuracy of discounts, vouchers, and other promotional offers.
- 3. User Experience Evaluation: Assess the user experience of campaigns by analyzing the flow, navigation, and overall usability. Identify any issues that may hinder a smooth customer journey, such as broken links, unclear instructions, or confusing layouts. Make suggestions based on best practices for future campaigns.
- 4. Cross-Device Compatibility: Test campaigns across different OS (e.g., Apple & Android) and devices (e.g., desktop, mobile, tablet) to ensure consistent performance and visual integrity. Identify and address any compatibility issues or responsive design issues.
- 5. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on quality assurance findings. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of campaign testing.
- 6. Quality Assurance Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign quality

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as browser testing tools, load testing tools, or automation testing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and user experience issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is desirable.
