We are seeking a full-time Executive, Quality Assurance who thoroughly understands the local Tourism Industry. QA will play a key role in sustaining our quality of products and improving supplier's service level quality. Ultimately, the QA is the customers champion, and their goal is to ensure the creation of the best products and superior service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.Success in this position requires a strong results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.Scope of work:Manage the quality of our products and services and suppliers quality of service to ensure our customers receive the best experience possibleMonitor product performance and provide feedback, reports and insights to the business team to improve quality and maintenance of productsMonitor supplier performance and provide feedback, issue rewards and penalties to encourage  positive service quality and reduce negative outcomesUpdate and maintain documentation and training materials for internal and external users Assist in preparing training materials and providing training to internal teams when there are system or process updates Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team to use of the systemsOther reasonable duties, as assignedQualification required:   Fresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 years), Fluent English and Chinese  Superb care for the customer experience Data-driven, superior attention to detailAbility to work under pressureHigh energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work productExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficientlyHave great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiativeStrong computer skills to include: Google docs, SAAS, AI tools and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
