**Client Overview**:
Our client is a well-established **trading company based in Setia Alam**, specializing in **IC and RAM card trading**. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their operations team.

**Position**:Trading** **Admin & Order Processing Associate (6-Day Work Week)**
**Location**: Setia Alam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and issue delivery notes.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding order updates and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain accurate stock, order, and transaction records.
- Support the supervisor with office operations and ad hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in admin or a similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic admin knowledge and computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken and written).
- Must have **own transport**.

- **Starting Salary**: RM1, 800 - RM 2, 200
- **Confirmation Increment**: Salary increases after 3-month probation.
- **Annual Increment**: RM100 yearly increase for continuous growth.

- **Working Schedule**:6-day work week** - Monday to Saturday (Full day Saturday).
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
