In line with the company's expansion, the incumbent shall assist the Manager in handling the day-to-day administrative task in the office that comprise the following areas:

- **Human Resources**_:_
- Monitor all staff attendance and leave, update the necessaries in the system
- Draft content of disciplinary letter according to case by case basis.
- Assist to update and maintain personnel database both in the system and manually.
- **Administration**:_
- Assist to generate purchase order and arrange for delivery during the purchaser's absence.
- Coordinate office schedule maintenance matter such as pest control as it falls due,
- Coordinate in-coming inquiries and direct to the respective person-in-charged.
- **Requirement**_:

- Possess 1~2 years of relevant HR experience. Knowledge in various HRIS/ HRMS is advantageous.
- Good English writing skill, ability to write in Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of confidentiality and spontaneous.
- Can start in short notice.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
