Talent Management Lead, Group HR

**JOB PURPOSE**:
1. To define future Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Design (OD) strategy based on alignment with internal and external requirements including business plan and strategy, talent strategy and pay market competitiveness
2. To create and examine the policies, methodologies and tools in line with group HR strategy based on a deep understanding of legislation, innovations and good practice
3. To champion the PM and OD agenda in all business units and constantly looks for ways that the PM and OD offering, and experience can be improved to support business performance
**KEY RESULT AREAS**:
1. Establishment of group PM and OD strategy with the constant review of its effectiveness against company performance and employee engagement
2. Development and deployment of PM and OD plan and activities to support the short and long-term growth of the businesses
3. Lead and drive PM and OD cycle program which include goal setting, performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, feedback and coaching, succession planning, change management, culture and leadership development, organizational communication and mobility
4. Establish PM, OD and Mobility policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
5. Enabling the high-performance and engaged work culture between managers and employees guided by aligned PM and OD philosophies and principles communication
6. Application of data analytics and new technologies for continuous improvement initiatives in PM and OD/HR
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
**Education**:
1. Possess at least a bachelor degree in related field with 5 years’ experience in leading Malaysia country PM and OD and having exposure in managing manufacturing PM and OD framework
2. Strong in data crunching and analysis throughout practice life cycle from proposal to implementation and governance stage
4. Working experience in leading change management and communication of significant reshaping of PM and OD program/projects
5. Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solutions
6. Possess outstanding verbal, written skills, client-facing communications skills and experience working with Senior Management and external liaison parties
7. Able to communicate, influence and work independently with Group and SBU leaders
8. Ability to develop flexible and agile PM and OD strategies in aligning to the company’s need and growth
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
