Assistant Manager, Talent Management

KPS Berhad is seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manager, Talent Management & Succession Planning to lead the implementation of the Group's Talent Management and Succession Planning (TMSP) Framework. This role is responsible for developing and sustaining a strong leadership pipeline, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, and ensuring organisational capability and continuity across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and enhancement of the Group's Talent Management & Succession Planning Framework.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify pivotal roles, successors, and high-potential employees.
- Drive the annual talent review and succession planning process across KPS Group.
- Oversee the design and delivery of targeted leadership and talent development programmes.
- Monitor and report on succession readiness, talent mobility, and pipeline strength.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Management and the Board on talent risks and development priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Succession Planning.
- Proven track record in implementing group-wide talent initiatives and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strategic business acumen.
