If you’ve worked in a **staffing agency, logistics, retail ops, or multi-outlet coordination**, and are experienced in on-site ground coordination work, we want you.

**Role Summary**:
**AlphaHire** is looking for a proactive **Manpower Ground Operations Executive** who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
This role is **NOT a desk-only job**. You will be **on the ground at outlets**, resolving staff or workflow issues, supporting daily manpower operations, and reporting directly to the Ops Chief.

**What You’ll Do**:
Outlet Ops & On-Site Support (Main Focus)
- Conduct weekly **on-site visits** to outlets across Singapore (4-5 times/week)
- Observe and **troubleshoot manpower, workflow, or performance issues**:

- Act as **first point of contact** for outlet managers
- Investigate absenteeism, complaints, or staff problems and take early action
- Maintain **high service levels** and smooth manpower deployment

Internal Ops & Communication
- Report directly to the **Operations Chief** with weekly updates
- Document issues, resolutions, and action plans
- Support coordination between **recruitment, deployment, and ops teams**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Have **2-5 years of experience** in:

- on-site manpower HR ops / manpower agency / outlet or retail ops / logistics / F&B chain operations
- Are comfortable juggling **people issues and administrative follow-up**:

- Can visit outlets across SG (frequent travel required)
- Communicate clearly and act independently without micro-management
- Enjoy a fast-paced, high-responsibility role
- Bachelors degree preferred

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
