**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, introductions, and training schedules.
- **Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate employee files, including personal information, employment documents, performance reviews, and leave records.
- Update HR databases with employee changes and ensure data integrity.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to the HR Manager when needed.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
- **Performance Management**:

- Support the performance review process by distributing forms, tracking deadlines, and compiling feedback.
- Assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate employee training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.
- Able to settle statutory duties as assigned.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
- Manage HR department filing systems and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate employee events and recognition programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
