Job Details:
Position : Business Development Manager

Industry : Audio electronics

Working Location : Kuala Lumpur (Work from home)

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0900 to 1800)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable)

Salary Budget : RM 7000 + Commission Payout (70% Individual Target & 30% Team Target)

WHO CAN APPLY?
- More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development preferably from the AV industry.
- Experienced in managing Channels, Distributors, Resellers.
- Experienced in working in team environment.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with an emphasis to Relationship Building
- Positive and Optimistic Mindset
- Able to travel within Malaysia
- Strong leadership and a Team player.
- Able to devise a strategic sales and marketing plan to engage key potential partners and verticals.

JOB SCOPE:

- Handle all aspects of sales & marketing duties for assigned country.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer network.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer & market retention and development.
- Develop long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with customers.
- Conduct product training for customers.
- Articulate the long-term strategic intent for the various assigned product segment and resulting participation alternatives, ensure alignment with overall direction of senior management, and corporate strategic guidance.
- Conduct strategic market analysis on existing/new markets to drive business plans and execute options.
- Provide critical, independent assessment of segment business lines; review, challenge and shape operating plans and business processes.
- Provide foresight and thought leadership for the assigned segment.
- Responsible for managing key channels or strategic key accounts and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent quality service to our valued customers.
- Team lead for assigned segments and country.
- Set up reference sites and cases.
- Ensure timely collection of AR.
- Ensure Sales Team cooperate and work towards the company’s goal.
- Provide Monthly Sales Report and all Sales activities into Sugar CRM System.
