**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution
- Assist to prepare Project Charter (if require) and confirm the project scope as per the contract/SOW
- Work with project team to finalize project deliverables and timelines,
- Work with project team in preparation of Detailed Project Phase for each of the project and phases and consolidate the project plans from vendors with overall project plan.
- Identify Project Risks and prepare a mitigation plan
- identify Project Issues and determine resolution plan
- Continuously manage all project Issues and Risks for reporting to PMO and Head of TB
- Preparation of PMO updates / Project Updates
- Track status of the overall project plan and report variation if there is any
- Ensure the bank's Change Management process adherence to support project activity
- Monitor and track project/change request billings and manage project costs
- Ensure billing are approved as per work done and according to agreed milestone
- Highlight additional funding that may be required
- Preparation of cost tracking for PMO review to address budget health

Managing Requirements Study
- Ensure the requirements study session is monitored in order to complete on a timely manner
- Participate in requirement study workshop / meeting and provide input and to ensure meeting is progressing smoothly
- Ensure project / change request requirement documents is signed off by the respective parties
- Ensure the requirements are documented in detailed with process charts, tasks, screens, reports, reconciliation requirements and etc.

Development
- Ensure the development as per planned and vendors to provide development completion status
- Obtained and review development updates provided by Vendor PM
- Ensure vendor PM addresses concerns early to prevent delays

Testing (SIT/ UAT)
- Ensure the vendor documents the SIT strategy (for project)
- Assist project team to prepare UAT Strategy document (for project)
- Ensure SIT and UAT environments are ready for testing
- Participate in UAT and its completion including coordinating with all relevant interface providers and Internal ITSME
- Ensure all test scripts are prepared and reviewed by business and ready for UAT.
- Ensure the defect logs are fixed and retested and closed on timely manner
- Coordination meeting with Business PM, vendor PM to monitor the logs and address all High severity defects for closure
- Ensure vendors prepares all needed documentation for deployment
- Ensure the vendor signoff SIT / provide SIT completion report if required.
- Ensure project team UAT is signoff and ready to table for bank change management process.

Deployment
- Assist in prepare Rollout Strategy document (for project) and obtain all the needed signoff
- Preparation and review of detailed cutover checklist with project team
- Highlight to bank downtime request and seek necessary approval from relevant parties
- Ensure deployment activities are in accordance with Bank's Change Management process

Post Implementation Review (PIR)
- Assist project team to provide PIR project relevant information and subsequently table for project closure.

Manage Internal Audit activities
- Provide all the needed information to auditors during UAT and support Business PM in addressing auditors concerns and findings during UAT
- Provide the support during Post Implementation Review and address the findings with Business PM

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in banking related project is added advantage
- PMP or PRINCE2 or PMI certified
- ITIL certification
