**Responsibilities**:
1. Well versed with the Companies Act 2016, corporate secretarial practice and other related regulatory requirements.

2. Able to prepare and keep proper records of resolutions, statutory returns, statutory records, corporate secretarial documents, disclosures and the submission of all the necessary documents with the relevant authorities.

3. Well versed with MBRS, e-BOS, MyCoID and the systems and platforms of the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities.

**Job Requirements**:
1. MAICSA qualification or its equivalent.

2. Possesses company secretary practising certificate.

3. Preferably have 5 years of experience in company secretarial practice.

4. Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

5. Independent, organized, multitask and meticulous
