**Job Summary**:
- The Secretary cum Admin & HR Assistant provides essential support in administrative tasks, HR assistance and maintaining efficient office operations. This role involves managing CEO's schedules & meetinga, handling documentation and assisting with other administration and Human Resources support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for CEO.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a communication link for CEO.
**Administrative Support**:
- Oversee office supplies, equipment and general maintenance.
- Support internal communications and assist with office organization.
**HR Assistance**:
- Assist and support Human Resources processes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
**Competencies**:

- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
