**Client Background**: MNC Consulting firm

**Location**: Sunway / Subang Jaya

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform invoice/credit memo correction
- Participate/ organize internal and external query resolution call
- Root cause analysis of reoccurring error
- Identify and process payments and remittance received from customers via wire transfer, electronic data interchange, auto post and manual receipts.
- Preparation of customer account reconciliation and analyze customer account balances.
- Conduct activities like Invoice preparation, Invoice generation, Credit Memo generation and other sort of Account Receivable activities.
- Analyzes client statements to ensure invoices are paid within contractual terms.

**Requirements**:
Degree level & Previous accounting experience/studies in Accounting or Finance or others

1 to 2 years of relevant experiences.

**Written and spoken ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean language**

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
