Job brief We are looking for a competitive distributor Sales Executive to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Executive duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation. Responsibilities '¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service '¢ Maintain outstanding departmental store condition and visual merchandising standards '¢ Maintain a fully stocked in the departmental store '¢ Ascertain and understanding customers' needs and wants through sales and market analysis '¢ Manage distributor dealer sales order processes '¢ Keep up to date with product information and able accurately describe product features and benefits '¢ Manage departmental stores' human resources arrangement '¢ Monitor the departmental stores promoter sales performing '¢ Follow all company's policies and procedures Requirements '¢ Proven working experience in retail/distributor sales '¢ Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin '¢ Own car transportation '¢ Able to travel throughout the whole Malaysia '¢ Able to attend outdoor sales event occasionally '¢ Track record of over-achieving sales quota '¢ Solid communication and interpersonal skills '¢ Customer service focus with friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality '¢ Basic administration skills
