Events Admin Assistant or Executive

**Responsibilities**
Assist the Events Management team in organizing Events (conferences, seminars, public lectures and workshops) and providing administrative support in the followings:
- Liaise with client on Project & Secretariat tasks
- Day-to-day secretarial and administrative support tasks, including preparing minutes of meeting, claims, travel arrangement;
- Coordinate and Support events from pre-event preparation, on-site support and management, till post-event project closure
- Event logistics coordination
- Coordinate effective Marketing & Communications activities such as coordinating the design and printing of collaterals, photography, videography, media publicity, events protocol social media and website management.
- Handling of procurement procedures such as requesting for quotations and raising of purchase requests
- Filing and Keep proper records of Project Documents
- Any other Adhoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Must be a good team player with strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Must be attentive to details and able to multi-task in a small and fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- A flair for writing and a strong command of the English language is advantageous
- Knowledge of new media & web design would be an advantage
- Must be willing to work on weekends where there are events
- No work experience required.
- Full-Time position available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
