**JOB SUMMARY:

- Setting and achieving sales goals and targets for the team
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to senior management
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

**JOB REQUIREMENT:

- **
- Significant experience **(4+ years)** in a sales management role, ideally within the Sales sector **(FMCG industry)**:

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and technologies

Pay: RM5,900.00 - RM6,600.00 per month

- Sales Marketing: 4 years (preferred)
