**KEY FUNCTION**:
The Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail customers, ensuring the profitability of key accounts through effective 4P execution. You will identify growth opportunities, drive sales, and collaborate with retail clients and the marketing team to implement strategic sales initiatives for assigned territories.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and strategic objectives within assigned accounts and regions by building strong relationships with key personnel. They ensure superior execution of the 4Ps, collaborating with merchandisers to outshine competitors, and lead operational planning and joint business reviews to set performance and financial goals. The role involves assessing retailer and shopper needs, overseeing administrative tasks, and preparing monthly reports to optimize trade spend and ROI. Additionally, the Sales Manager is responsible for negotiating annual agreements, driving sales growth through customer collaboration, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting day-to-day sales operations and planning. This position requires frequent travel within the assigned region, specifically covering the southern area of Malaysia. They also manage sales forecasting, strategic development, and other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree(Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with a minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industries.
- With FMCG sales experience in General Trade or Key Account (e.g., Hypermarket, Baby Shop, Ecommerce) is highly preferred and will be valuable in bringing solid change and drive for business.
- Proven success in sales, with strong expertise in sales planning and 4P store execution within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical abilities with a fact-based approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong time management skills, leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
