**Sales Manager**

**JLG Development Sdn Bhd (Johor Bahru)** _(A subsidiary of JLG Investment Holdings Sdn Bhd and the Johor Corporation Group)_

Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated **Sales Manager** that will ensure the company's strategy is adhered to and carried out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Company’s sales targets.
- Responsible for the overall sales and marketing functions and activities of development projects to achieve the Company’s sales targets.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities, sales plans, and marketing strategies.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and property development requirements.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure project competitiveness, accurate pricing, and effective marketing strategies, while building strong product differentiation through benchmarking.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities to generate online leads, while managing social media platforms.
- Coordinate and implement marketing activities including events, public relations, and advertising.
- Ensure sales data and reports are updated accurately and on time.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor' Degree : Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in real estate sales or property development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High negotiation and closing ability.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
