We are looking for an IT Technical Executive to join our team. Your responsibilities include diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. IT Technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support. You will play an important role, such as:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably 1 year(s) of working experience.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin as we need you to communicate with Taiwan and China manufacturer
- Interest in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
